Researchers in the Norwegian Exercise and Atrial Fibrillation Initiative recently met for the second NEXAF workshop. With support from afib.no, NEXAF took the opportunity to arrange this workshop at Lysebu, Oslo, in connection with the 6th annual meeting of the Norwegian Atrial Fibrillation Research Network in September 2022. The meeting was primarily devoted to the two clinical NEXAF-studies. Both studies are currently including participants at both St.Olavs Hospital and Bærum Hospital, and the NEXAF Trial aims to start inclusion also at University Hospital of North Norway in Tromsø within short time.
